Conditions of Use
1. Signalong reserves the right to refuse to honor an order placed online and will provide a full refund.
2. All orders will be invoiced in sterling. Payments made in currency other than sterling will incur additional transaction charges.
3. Goods are not normally supplied on approval. Please call for samples before ordering if required.
4. All goods supplied remain the property of Signalong until payment is received in full.
5. Returned goods will only be accepted by prior agreement. Credits will only be issued for goods received in a saleable condition, and a handling and administration charge will be made for orders fulfilled in good faith.
6. The purchase of publications or electronic media will be deemed to constitute acceptance of these conditions.
Privacy Notice
Names and addresses of purchasers will be retained by the charity for the purpose of supplying information about new developments and events. Under no circumstances will the charity supply these details to any other organisation, commercial or otherwise, except as required by law. Payment details may be recorded by the charity's payments service provider on secure files which will not be revealed to any third party except as may be required by law. Any purchaser not wishing to receive information about Signalong developments and events should email info@signalong.org.uk to that effect and the name and address will be removed from the database.
